How Much Time Do You Spend On Your Phone? Have you ever wondered how much time you spend on social media or the amount of time you're on your phone in a day? This week I decided to track my screen time on my phone to see how much time in a day I use my phone. Before I go into the results, I can say I am not shocked or surprised by the results. I decided to use my phone regularly and track the amount of screen time I used for each day.
